MASTER SUITE WALK TO BEACH
THE SPACE
Beautifully decorated & spacious 1500 sq. ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in beautiful downtown Santa Monica with fully-furnished, daytime shared living space.
Guests have use of private bedroom and shared full bathroom as well as daytime shared spacious living and dining area with lovely outside view and roomy closet with joined twin/King size bed.
PLEASE NOTE: Regular check in time is at 3 pm and check out is by 11:00 am. We require a 4 hour window to prep the Condo between guests. We do accommodate Early Check-In and Late Check-Out as long as you confirm the times with us when booking your reservation.
Requests to view the Condo in advance of stay will only be approved with a confirmed reservation, no exceptions.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have a building key & parking space in the condo garage with garage door opener. If garage opener is lost or not returned, $75 will be deducted from security deposit of guest.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Guests will be greeted by Host upon arrival & a walk-thru will be done to acquaint Guest with all the Condo’s features. Host or back-up contact are available 24/7 in case of emergencies.

4. Enjoy our “Signature Green Smoothies” made with the finest organic ingredients and Superfoods freshly prepared each morning ($8 per Large glass and $6 per Medium glass).
BRING YOUR SLIPPERS:
Please note we have a ‘shoes off’ policy so you may want to bring your SLIPPERS though you’ll feel comfortable either way.
KITCHEN:
You are welcome to use our kitchen for warming things up or have tea there. Hosts use the kitchen to prepare Green Smoothies in the morning and Vegetarian dish in the afternoon and love to share the experience with the guests as part of our education in the Art of Conscious Living.
HOUSE RULES
Guests are expected to be respectful of anyone that lives in or is visiting the building at all times.
No excessive noise is allowed at anytime. Guests must be especially mindful of noise levels between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Guests must use headphones to listen to music or play video games during these hours.
Upon confirmation of reservation, Guest must supply the names of anyone that will be staying overnight in the Condo and the names of any expected visitors.
Only the number of people indicated on the original reservation request are allowed to stay in condo. Upon approval, arrangements can be made with hosts for $35 per night per additional guest.
The state of California is in the 4th year of a severe drought and all LA residents are being asked to reduce water usage by at least 25%. We ask all Guests to limit time in shower, only run dishwasher when full, and not leave faucets running.
To conserve on electricity usage, we ask Guests to close all windows when running air conditioning and heating and to keep ac/heating usage to a minimum and always turned off before exiting condo.
Sorry, smoking or pets are not allowed in Condo at any time.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
OVERVIEW
You’ll be walking distance from just about everything including excellent restaurants, entertainment and shopping!
The neighborhood is very safe at all times of the day & night.
The 3rd Street Promenade is 2 blocks north. The beach is 4 blocks west. Additional high-end shopping in several neighborhoods a short distance away. World class museums and art galleries are also close by.
For a fun family excursion, the Santa Monica Pier and Annenberg Beach House are about a 15 to 20 minute walk away.
Very easy access to essentials like grocery stores banks, & pharmacies.
There’s a big farmers market off the 3rd Street Promenade every Wednesday and Saturday offering organic produce, flowers, and dry goods that you can buy directly from the farmers that grow them.
GETTING AROUND
Public transportation is right outside our door. Also, this year the LIGHT RAIL will start running between Santa Monica and downtown LA offering reliable public transportation throughout the area.
