As our guests, we want you to feel at home and welcome during your visit. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance during your stay.

This is our home and we have a strict no outside/ additional guest at anytime policy for Airbnb guests staying with us.

11:00 am the official check-out time. Keys and Parking Permit must be dropped into the designated “KEY BOX” located in the condo entryway.

Is based on Host’s availability and must be arranged with Host
On your arrival day, luggage drop-off can be arranged after 10:00 am
On your departure day, luggage must be picked up no later than 2 pm
Note: After the official check-out time of 11:00 am, the use of facilities may not be available.

If you have a car, then the Parking Permit with Instructions will be provided to you for use during your stay. At the checkout, please make sure to drop the Permit, Instructions and your Keys into the “Key Box” located in the entryway of the condo. If Permit is not returned, Guest will incur a $150 claim to Guest’s security deposit.


A Building Key will be provided to you for use during your stay.. Please keep with you at all times, otherwise you will not be able to enter the building. If you forgot the key, pease contact Host for instructions. Make sure to return the Key at time of check-out. If Key is not returned, Guest will incur a $50 claim to Guest’s security deposit.

  • Leave keys and Parking Permit inside designated “KEYS” DRAWER in entrance area
  • If Guests forget to leave key at check-out, they will be responsible for overnight delivery costs to return key to Host
  • Keys will be considered lost if not returned to Host within 24 hours of check-out
  • Lost keys will incur a $50 claim to Guest’s security deposit

FRONT DOOR: Code is required to lock and unlock the condo unit door

CODE: will be provided to you at time of arrival

LOCKING & UNLOCKING DOOR: Needs to be done each time you enter & exit condo

To open: enter code; press oval button at top of keypad

To lock: simply press oval button at top of keypad

PARKING & PERMITS: for Guests with cars

  • A street Parking Permit will be provided to you for use during your stay
  • If Host does not meet you at check-out, leave Permit along with key inside designated “KEYS” DRAWER in condo entrance area
  • If Guests forget to leave Parking Permit at check-out, they will be responsible for overnight delivery costs to return Permit to Host
  • Permit will be considered lost if not returned to Host within 24 hours of check-out
  • Lost Permit will incur a $150 claim to Guest’s security deposit



  • Only toilet paper (a.k.a. bath tissue) may be flushed
  • All other items must be disposed of in trash cans
  • Cost to clear sinks or toilets due to improper disposal of items by Guest will be charged to Guest’s security deposit


  • Leave bathroom door OPEN after SHOWERS to let steam out

First Aid Supplies

Located in Master Suite bathroom wall mirror storage area. For Lovely Bedroom guests, either ask host for supplies or contact emergency 911. 

Hair Dryer{  Located in bathroom vanity drawer

  • All beds linens are fresh & laundered
  • Towels are changed regularly
  • After each shower drop your towels into the designated laundry basket located in entryway & host will refresh your towel supply


  • NO SMOKING is allowed in this unit or around this building
  • Smoke detectors are located throughout the unit; building maintenance sometimes intermittently set these off these alarms
  • Carbon monoxide detector is located in the hallway next to the hall closet
  • If any of these activate, exit condo & immediately contact Host


  • We ask our Guests to please treat all furniture, appliances, towels, linens, electronics and eating utensils with the same care & respect as they were your own
  • Furniture may not be moved and electrical items may not be unplugged
  • Report any lost or broken items to Host as soon as possible after loss or damage occurs
  • Cost to replace or repair lost or broken items may be charged to Guest’s security deposit




Southern California is in a period of drought recovery. We ask guests to be mindful and conserving with water usage. Please do not leave faucets running, and be thrifty with time when showering.

Beach n Bike

Walking Access: Santa Monica’s iconic California Incline is an easy & scenic way to access the beach with its own pedestrian & bicycle path

Bike Path: Begins a few miles north in Pacific Palisades and ends about 10 miles south in Redondo Beach

Hulu Breeze Bike Rentals there are numerous Hulu Breeze bike rental stations around our neighborhood.

Santa Monica Bike Center is located just a few blocks from the Santa Monica Pier. Offers bike rentals and guided tours. 1555 2nd St, Santa Monica, CA 90401 / (310) 656-8500

Annenberg Community Beach House is located at 415 Pacific Coast Highway, about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the Condo. Open to the public with many fun activities. Onsite parking is available but it is limited & fills up fast especially during weekends and holidays.

Ranger Ted has been a ranger in the Hollywood Hills for 30 years, he can take you on a 3-mile hike to Hollywood Sign ($25 range).
