House Rules

SECURITY POLICY

Only guests who are indicated on the original reservation request are allowed to stay in the condo at any time. If the host becomes aware of an outside party inside the condo, the outside party will be asked to leave the premisses immediately and the digital lock on the condo unit door will be changed. The guest will incur a Security Breach fee of $100 to be recovered from guest’s security deposit.

RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT

Guests are expected to be respectful of anyone that lives in or is visiting the building at all times. No excessive noise is allowed at anytime.

QUIET HOURS (10 pm – 7 am)

Guests must be especially mindful of noise levels during our Quiet Hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must use headphones to listen to music or play videos during these hours.

COMMUNICATION WITH HOST

Guests must have a way to communicate with Host through Airbnb messaging. It is especially important on the day of arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

KEYS

Guests will have 2 keys: one for the building door and a second key for their room. The keys must be returned at checkout time. If the keys are not returned, guest will incur a fee of $50 to be recovered from guest’s security deposit.

PARKING PERMIT

Guests with a car are provided with a street Parking Permit, which must be returned at check-out time to avoid a recovery fee of $150 from guest’s security deposit.

NO SMOKING. NO SUBSTANCE USE

Smoking, irresponsible drinking or recreational drugs are PROHIBITED in the Condo at any time.

NO PETS

Pets are not allowed in Condo at any time.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

BRING YOUR SLIPPERS

We have a shoes-off policy: no outdoor shoes to be worn inside of Condo.

CONSERVE WATER & ELECTRICITY

To conserve electricity usage, we ask Guests to always turn off light and electric devices, heating or cooling before exiting condo. During Drought Recovery in the state of California we ask our guests to be mindful of water usage.

Security charges may be incurred for any house environment disturbance and/or violation of house rules cited in this agreement and/or the Airbnb online agreement.
